Do I need any technical background to use what you build?
No. Everything we deliver is meant to be opened and used by the person who normally handles that part of the business. The stock sheet opens in Excel or Google Sheets. The email sorter works inside your inbox. If something needs a login or a setting changed, we document it in plain language.
How long does each project take?
The Stock Forecast Sheet typically takes one to two weeks from when we receive your sales data. The Supplier Email Sorter involves a two-week shadow period after setup, so expect three to four weeks total. The Handover Pack is usually completed within a week and can run alongside any other project.
What data do you need from us?
For the stock sheet, an export of your sales records — ideally covering at least six months, though eighteen months gives better seasonal patterns. For the email sorter, we need access to your supplier inbox during the shadow period. We agree on the details before any work starts and don't ask for anything beyond what the project requires.
Are there ongoing fees after the project?
The prices listed cover the full scope of each project. There are no monthly fees from Gasing Systems. Some underlying tools may have their own running costs — if that applies to your project, we'll list them clearly before you commit, along with renewal dates.
What if we decide to stop using the tools you set up?
Everything we build belongs to you. You can stop using any tool at any time without any process or penalty. The Handover Pack is specifically designed to make sure nothing is lost if you later change who manages your tools or decide to run things differently.
Can I start with just one service and add more later?
Yes. Most clients start with whichever service addresses the most immediate problem. There's no package requirement. Many businesses take the Handover Pack at the end of a first project, but it can be purchased on its own too — including if someone else originally set your tools up.
